Rival  31 "Mawingo" - Built  in  1970  by  Marine  Construction  and  extensively  modernised  in  1987  to  have  virtually  the  same  layout  as  the  Rival  34.  Volvo  2002  (with  new  90  amp  alternator and  smart  regulator)  The  Genoa  is  roller  reefed,  and  the  Main  (new  2005)  has  3  slab  reefs.  A  storm  jib  is  set  on  a  removable  inner  forestay.  There  is  also  a  spinnaker  with  the  appropriate  gear.
